I knew that number was too good to be true! Still, a 2.3 would not be that bad, and still #1 in the hour.

Marc,
your insider shows BG against Dateline. Here you show BG against L&O, whcih I think is correct. What gives? some green beer for breakfast?

ABC’s sugary Oprah’s Big Give slipped to second (behind NBC’s aforementioned Dateline) in the 9 p.m. hour, with a 6.5/10 in the overnights

I have to admit though. I am really getting burned out on all of the Reality TV that's on! This weekend, that's all I was catching up on. I still like and will watch my existing shows, but I have to be strong and just say no to any new series!

Yes, after over 4 months of mostly reality television, it seems like we've all had reality overload. I still haven't watched the Top Chef premiere that's in my DVR.

Lots of them.

Why did the dad really sell his son's soul?
Will Sam manage to get together with his coworker?
Is Sam curently dating a 'weird girl' or is he dating the Devil's spawn?
Is the devil just using Sam as a soul collector or training him for a 'higher mission'?

Yeah but... it's all going so slow. There seemed to be the beginning of an interesting plot with the contract, but they never mentioned it again.

It is really the same episode over and over again, when they could advance the storyline much faster instead. Reaper had the potential to be Buffy; but so far it is a moderately entertaining Scooby-Doo.

Yes, I agree. Reality television has gotten very old. Thankfully baseball returns next week, and there is always plenty of good baseball to watch. Plus the NCAA tourney will be on for a few weeks. And I always enjoy watching the NHL playoffs. I have had enough of the reality shows. I will finish watching Apprentice, and then it is time to JUST SAY NO (thanks for tagline xwiseguyx) to reality TV for awhile.

ABC: AFV and Home Edition are solid. Too bad about Newleyweds. Oprah is dropping like a rock. My guess is the latter two won't be back.

NBC: Who Cares.

CW: Way to kill off the comedies. Anyone with a brain knows that the 9pm comedies would work better after Top Model at 8 and then Chris and Aliens could air against repeats and the lowly Unhitched.

Fox: Unhitched is a great comedy. Why it must suffer in the cursed post-Family Guy slot is confusing, especially when there's no need for one hour Idol results.

CBS: Big Brother is pretty stable, but obviously very low rated. Was very glad James can get the best of punks Matty and Ryan. I hope Matty gets back doored and can go onto live with his other arrogant buddy Alex. Here's to Chelsia winning it all for us Iowans! Sheila is the dark horse and will likely survive this week's chopping block. Expected results for Snooze Cold Case and Dexter as well as 60 Minutes.

You're tellin me! I'm also sick of reality saturation. Aside from BB, Paradise Hotel, and the upcoming Hell's Kitchen, I'm staying away. Here's to Big Bang returning tonight! Woot woot!

Moderately entertaining Scooby-Doo is better than 90% of the stuff on NBC or CBS imo.

Has FOX launched a single successful series this year (or at least not a flop)? SCC is the best they got?

Has ABC launched a single successful series this year?

Has NBC launched a single successful series this year?

(I won't even bother asking the question for CW)

Non-flop (of KVille caliber)
ABC: PP, PD, SW
CBS: ML, BBT
NBC: Chuck

CW: Internet and media sensation Gossip Girl!!!... ok, joking.

I think you could call PP a moderate success--the others are basically borderline flops, that owe their very temporary survival to the strike.

It's not 100% pass/fail in TV. Lots of shows fall between total hit and outright flop. PD certainly came much closer to the latter than the former.
