Wonderful World of Disney is a great thing. I hate that ABC went away from it. Princess Diaries built every half hour. They should make it a staple again, Saturday night is a good place to start.
Has ABC/Disney ever showed High School Musical on ABC primetime?

The debut of David Beckham in Major League Soccer drew a 1.2 overnight rating on ESPN Saturday night. "If the rating holds", the exhibition match between Chelsea FC and the L.A. Galaxy will be the highest rated MLS telecast in ESPN history. The previous highest rated game was a 1.0 for ESPN's first ever MLS telecast.
To put in perspective how high the rating is in relation to MLS, Thursday night telecasts on ESPN2 have been averaging a 0.2 rating so far this season, meaning Beckham accounted for a 500% increase in ratings. The 1.2 is also 50% higher than the 0.8 overnight ABC drew for the 2006 MLS Cup.
Despite the relatively high rating, Beckham's first game still fell behind another much hyped debut. In 2004, Freddy Adu's debut with DC United drew a 1.3/4 on ABC.
Marc, of course from the commercial, you have the right to be disgusted at the show "Without Prejudice?" but to be fair, you have to view the show that featured this admitted racist.
I wouldn't give this show 4 stars out 4, but it's a very interesting watch and it's no surprise this show has generated the most buzz from GSN. Unlike what the New York Times critic wrote, it's DEFINITELY NOT like the dreaded reality show "Unan1mous".
Marc, believe me - you won't regret watching what transpires with this show. Although controversial, it's surprisingly good, entertaining and from the show's first episode, very redeeming, despite the racist.

Originally posted by Marc Berman: Overall, cable's portion of the tour provides little more than a rehash of programming announcements put out weeks earlier. The one bit of controversy came, oddly enough, from GSN, which showed a clip of a loud, obnoxious, bigoted contestant on new game show Without Prejudice? I understand the pressure to spark interest, but game shows should be escapist fun, not contests in racist intolerance where one contestant tells another he won't choose him to win a cash prize because he's black.
