I think Marc has actually liked 30 Rock all along. His bashing of the show last year was simply a way to increase posts on the site by 30 Rock lovers. Now that he is getting plenty of posts he could come out of the closet.

Who would they sue in that case?

I have nothing against Tina Fey, but the show remains uninteresting to me. Not bad. Just not interesting. I do not watch shows about shows. Sitcom or drama. Doesn't matter. Wake me when The Office comes on. Paper companies are clearly much more interesting places to work.
