I also just want to say on behalf of Robert, shame on CBS for "disrespecting the fans" and pulling its originals of NCIS, CM, and NY this week.
why?? isnt it their right? why air new episodes in the weak december months when you can air them in february sweeps?
I don't blame them for not airing new episodes this week, but the fact they had scheduled new episodes (before pulling them Monday) and are still airing ads for the now-postponed episodes is a bit confusing to people who don't check schedules online.

That Boston Legal jump at the half hour was viewers flipping over late and thinking "Oh crap, it's an original!" Bad call on ABC's part to air an original last night. What a pathetic week they've had.
The bad call was airing a Jim repeat in between a 90 minute Duel and a new BL. Maybe Duel is not a smash hit, but it is doing OK and to ruin all the momentum after it airing a repeat of a show that does horrible with new episodes was a big mistake.
Biggest Loser started to fade towards the 'big finish'. How many reality TV shows do that? I'm guessing that maybe people were more interested in the contestants that were sent home than the ones that made it to the end?
Meanwhile, Crowned still managed over a million viewers in its 3rd airing of the last 7 days. That number for Crowned is probably as high as a B&tG rerun would have pulled in.
TRAVIS: any idea why the Sunday finals you posted differ from the ones at Sitcoms Online?

It is their right, and I think it's a good idea. But Robert has criticized ABC for doing the same thing, so I was just pointing out that he should be criticizing both.
Also, CBS's tactic was arguably more devious, since they had the originals on the sked until the last minute.
In BL's and stuff defense, it's the hollidays and everything is in repeats or replaced by crappy reality shows. Ratings are meaningless until the strike ends.

I think you got this one right Al.
AtJ should have been on at 8pm, followed by Duel, then BL.
Just for fun, what is everyone's picks for Winners and Losers?
Winners NCIS (R) The Unit Biggest Loser House (R)
Honorable Mention Bones (R)
Did poor, but not a loser Boston Legal
Losers Cane
Duel, and Clash both do decent so they aren't losers, but they aren't winners either. Notably Clash did better in increasing it's viewership in the second half hour.
