If AI hadn't of ended at 10pm DWTS never would have gotten up to 19 million.
Head to head AI had 10+ million more. The demo took a huge hit also.

Can someone say scheduling mistake? Miss/Guided won't last in the Thursday 8pm slot (not that it will, anyway). BB: It's good to hear it's been picked up. It does well in the summer and should stay there.

CBS gave them what they asked for, and the timeslot is irrelevant. They should thank CBS and move on. Yeah. Like that'll ever happen.
It is NOT the FANS FAULT...the fans didn't tell CBS to put JERICHO in the one slot in all of CBS that is known for KILLING shows. A timeslot is not irrelevant to the sucess or failure of a show.
Sorry to say, but you are wrong there. It is the fans fault for not watching it. CBS gave it a chance. Put it in the same slot for its entire run and against only two other networks with programming in the hour. It didn't perform. Its fan base showed up, but it did not interest anyone else. The show does not belong on CBS any longer.

Is anyone shocked that AI easily beat DWTS? Is the #1 show on TV. Kudos to Biggest Loser btw.

As much as fans didn't tune in this year, that timeslot did the show no good. Here's to the finale airing next week not the cliffhanger.

OTH DID A SOLID JOB considering it had HUGE competition. DWTS and AI are power houses and yet OTH grew in the half hour and put up yet another solid demo.
Now we will have to see how the change to Mondays will affect the show

As long as Les Moonves remains employed at CBS, Big Brother will have a spot on the Eye's schedule

True the numbers coud be spun - but really, look at the facts: DWTS numbers still make it a big hit show, but it is not, and never will be, in AI territory (nothing else is). AI averaged 10 million more viewers and more than 6 points bigger in demo ratings. This head to head talk is fine for ratings junkies like most of us here, but that is about all it is worth.

Incorrect .... as long as Les Moonves remains married and at CBS Big Brother will have a spot at CBS. His wife would probably get the franchise in the divorce.

Too bad for the fun Miss Guided, which will probably be DOA on Thursday. How many shows in network TV history have debuted at 10:30?
The underrated Biggest Loser did well, and even the Big Brother ratings are not bad considering the murderer's row of competition reality shows it was up against. For example, had Jericho pulled a 2.0 against Heroes, Lost, and 24, I'd consider that somewhat respectable. But it pulled 2.0 against no such competition. Hope to see the "series finale" version next week.

What was that on FOX last night: Beatles Song Massacre?

What a shame more people did not sample Miss Guided. It was one of the better comedies out there, definitely the best one on the abc schedule. The 10:30 time slot I believe killed its chances last night!

I am actually very surprised that CBS did not air Jericho right after NCIS. It seemed like a much better fit. Also, it makes sense for Big Brother to air at 10 PM. The more risque things could be shown at the later hour of primetime TV. Alternatively, Jericho could have aired during its original Wednesday time. If anything, the show should have been given a better chance to succeed. Airing it at the same time every week is somewhat helpful, but not for an on-the-bubble show.

Interesting that both Idol and DWTS both dropped last night. As for Idol, they made a huge mistake repeating a theme over again. And for the record, can we get to a theme that gets to current music? There has been 3 60's themed weeks, one 70's and one 80's.
As for who goes home. My guess would be Ramielle or Syesha. It should be Kristy Lee Cook, but I still think she will survive baed on her looks alone..
On to OTH. Good numbers, but the episode was absolutely boring imo. It was way too predictable, and in general a letdown for a 100th episode.
Now Jericho. Another solid episode, yet people dont watch. Its a shame, but I think next week will be the last, so I hope they can resolve everything in 43 minutes..
Lastly, theres mis-guided. The lead actress has potential, but the pilot was just average. I will give it another chance though..
