Shockingly, I could handle the obnoxious Buck in this game. Congrats to Douglas and all Giants fans on an amazing late season surge!

Am Bears fan but picked GIANTS to get to SB on a hunch before 1st PATS game in December.

But then I jumped off them today. Oh, well.

Marc, how was "Meet The Fockers" tonight?

I was busy watching some event on FOX... and loving every minute of it!

Thanks, mushu_jj for the sentiment even though we were on opposite sides of rooting interests.

Anyone wanna chat? I'm there now, feeling so giddy!

Enjoy Douglas. I'm doing homework or I'd chat tonight with ya. I just hope someday I can see my Vikes get to a Superbowl.

Wow, what a game. Who didn't see that coming? Congrats to the Giants. The Patriots didn't make history, but I think some might be made after when the final numbers comes in for this Super Bowl - I think this one will be the most watched ever.

Was it just me or did the commericals lousy this year?

I think this was the first time I actually enjoyed the game more than the commericals, but then again, even if they had the greatest commericals ever, I still would have enjoyed the game more. HAHA what a choke!! Loved every minute of it.

Yes, the commercials were terrible. The only one I really liked was the first baby invesrter one. The ending was a bit gross but a funny spot never the less. I thought "Big Ben's" commercial was not a great, but it did make me chuckle. Ok, I also like the Victoria Secret spot, but there was no need to be creative with that.

As for the game, the football gods have spoken by taking control of Eli's throwing arm.

To the cheatriots perfect season:

I hate to go and leave this pretty sight

As for the ratings, I agree this could break the Mash's numbers. I would be particularly interested in the last 1/2 hour of the game. I would not be surprised if that last 1/2 reached some riduclous number like 120 million.

Interesting. A week ago when i was saying this year's SB might become the most watched program ever some on this forum were saying i'm going nuts. Now it doesn't seem that crazy, does it?

Anyway i think the average number will be around 105-110 million, maybe only the final 10 minutes might get around 120

That was a great play. It will be one for the ages.

With the game close all the way till the final second, I expect the game to be in the 97-100 million range.

True, the NYG Defense was great last night, but Brady's Injury was a BIG factor too. He had a bout a dozen passes that were WAY OFF, even without pressure.

The Commercial started out slow, but the most of the better commercials were in the 2nd Half.

I liked the Bridgestone commercial with Alice Cooper & Richard Simmons.

The Will Farrell "Semi Pro" Bud Light Commercial.

The T:SCC Promos with the FOX NFL Robot were good.

Bud Light with CaveMen was pretty Good.

Macey Parade Ballons was cute.

I did enjoy the first Audi Commecial that was a GodFather takeoff.

Seemed like the same people did that ad blips as did the Under Armour commercial and the commercials for the new NASCAR season. NASCAr is a sport, not a video game. same goes for Under Armour and exercise.

I agree. That was funny.

I find it amazing that Coke has been out classing Pepsi for 30 years or more in TV ads. You really can't blame a particular ad agency for that kind of long term trend. The people running Coke-Cola have class and the people running Pepsi never will.
