What percentage of those 41.39 million viewers are even aware that the CW exists?

Anyway congrats for OTH this week
BL is becoming a modest performer for ABC.
While I am pleased to see OTH getting (really any CW show) over 3 million in viewers. It was hardly that competitive a time period. An audience total of 41.39 million. Biggest competition with just slightly over 14 million viewers. And the one of only three scripted shows on at that time that wasn't a repeat.

Don't forget Supernatural. The best scripted performers on the CW are Smallville, Supernatural, and One Tree Hill.
Peace!
SN is getting the same numbers as OTH with a lead-in that's three times biggers.
WHile its improvement from its lead in is very good, and again for the sake of the CW I am glad to see any scripted shows getting over 3 million.
You also need to consider that Thursday at 9pm has had between 54 million to over 60 million viewers total. Thats a 15 to 20 million more in competition, so its a very difficult comparison.
To get a fairer comparison (they either need to put each show in each other slots with both repeats and originals and then all originals), but baring that. We need to wait to see how either OTH does against the full schecule of original runs. Or wait to see new Supernatural run against reruns.
But again it was nice to see the growth. But was the increase this week due to a lack of original copetition or are more people liking hte show (I can't comment on that since I don't watch it).

She was a hoot. I never thought I would hear a random outburst of "Xanadu" in my life.
She was on a couple of episodes last season, playing Tom Selleck's new wife.
Last night's BL was probably the worst episode I've seen, and I've seen every episode of both BL and The Practice. It seems that the show's writing has really gone down the last 3 or 4 episodes.
Wow. I came out of last night's episode thinking it was one of the best I've ever seen. I loved it. It would be the episode I'd submit for the Emmy if it were up to me. Spader was amazing last night, as was Clemenson. This coming from someone who owns every season on DVD and has never missed a first-run episode. In fact, it's my favorite show on TV and one of my all-time favorites. Strange two big fans can feel so differently about the same episode!
I'd fall somewhere in the middle. I don't think it was the best episode of the season (that goes to any "Nun in the Courtroom" episode) but by no means was it bad. I did think it was one of Christian Clemenson's best eps on the show. But the writers need to give John Larroquette and Gary Anthony Williams something to do!

If the CW really wants the young demographic they should abandon the 8 - 9 hour and program from 9 - 11 when the demo is watching.
I know there's be resistance from the local affiliates who like having the news at 10 (9 central) ahead of the major networks. But they should try it one day a week or something and give the local news the 8 - 9 hour to try a local news magazine.

I agree. Jim repeats would do better than Carpoolers at this point.
Why not a new George Lopez?
Perhaps because George Lopez was foolishly cancelled last year.
Too bad -- makes no sense that GLo would be cancelled but not AtJ -- they are similar in many respects, including ratings. To me, either they both stay or they both go.
Boston Legal did have a good episode last night and I think the rating went up from last week and it definitely outperformed like all of its leadins so it should be Honorble Mention.
