Can you post the NBC schedule or a link to it?

Thank You!
Much appreciated.

I hope those last episodes of JOURNEYMAN offer a wrap up to the storyline. That way they could release it on DVD and people would be more likely to buy it if the story came to some conclusion instead of being left hanging.

Marc, didn't you get the memo that announced that Scrubs was ending after this season? Why do we need to hear week after week that the show "needs to retire" when the announcement has already been made? Roll Eyes

Yep. Marc needs to attach that comment to 30 Rock and maybe even Earl...and maybe even NBC as a whole. Wink

As for Scrubs, the mandatory retirement age is looming, as noted on the show itself. The plotline is already foreshadowing the end is near. It will be a real shame if the writer's strike prevents a 'proper ending'.

I see some people post Big Shots is not doing that bad on thi sboard, but I don't understand that at all. Each week it's numbers keep on dropping. Even before the 3 week hiatus the show dropped to the 6 millions and its demo number is below 3. It also keeps on getting last in it time slot. I can't imagine that a show which has lost about 5 - 6 million after its premiere and is now in the 5 -6 million range for viewers will last long.

Why is WAT a winner from last night???

1) It won its time period in Viewers

2) It won despite being a repeat

3) It was up against original episodes from the two other Nets.

A repeat of CBS’ Without a Trace was first in total viewers (9.86 million) and second among adults 18-49 (2.5/ 7) at 10 p.m. Just the opposite was NBC’s fading ER, at 8.62 million viewers (#2) and a first-place 3.4/ 9 in the demo

I have not said anything about winners/losers for a long time, but today is so crazy I can't hold back.

How does WAT becomes a winner and ER a loser when WAT loses a big chunk of the CSI viewers and demo, while ER gains on its leadin. And ER has a full point advantage in the demo on WAT. Not saying that ER should be a winner, but come on now, WAT a winner. It is a borderline loser.

But it had a big dropoff from CSI and got beat bad in the demo. Should no way be a winner.

Is The Office really that important to NBC Thursday? Its (original) absence seems to bring all of the other three comedies down at least a half point, including Earl, the show that effectively launched The Office and outperformed it for a long time.

Fox's game shows have been good counterprogramming all year and will continue to be strong if ABC keeps repeating into the winter. Lyrics easily hit a season high against diminished competition.

Long time listener...First time poster.

First, thanks Marc and everyone else who helps post these numbers for 'ratings enthusiasts' like me. It's great fun to crunch the numbers of favorite shows and read the feedback each day.

My post: Survivor is REALLY good this year. All those fans who gave up on the show are missing out. I can't remember a season where you consistently didn't know who was going to be eliminated each week. Tribal lines are no more because the producers keep shaking things up to always keep the players on their toes.

Amazing Race has been my fav reality show for years now, but this season of Survivor really has me looking forward to next week...every week.

Hi,

My first time posting here. I love this board and visit it nearly every night. Anyway, as a longtime Earl viewer, I can attest that the show has strongly diminished in quality. Starting last night, I made a point to NOT watch the show, for the first time ever. Moving the focus of the show away from karma and Earl's list was a huge mistake, and judging on the ratings, I'm sure a lot of people feel that way.

The shame of it is that I recently discovered 30 Rock, and that is a quality program. That's a show that I wish was doing better in the ratings.

Good point TV. My mistake. But WAT still should not be a winner based on the dropoff from CSI.

JMO, of course, but I'd say that "The Office" is far and away the best show on NBC Thursday right now plus it is its most consistent performer on that night and has Steve Carrell who is pretty well known across the board, so yeah I think it is VERY important to NBC Thursday. It's probably important to note that while The Office just keeps getting better and better that Earl is doing just the opposite. I never really liked MNIE all that much, but I did watch it periodically ... now I can't even watch it.
