Well, it was renewed because it had critical acclaim. Any network can hope for good ratings but even though I was being sarcastic, I think FOX employees are smart enough to have known that after the show failed to catch on in season 2 that it had little chance of success. They just wanted the attention.

Because it sucked. But, like most people, you have a problem admiting you enjoyed a bad show. Even though everyone likes at least a few bad shows in their lifetime. For example, you might notice I enjoy watching The Mole.

True, but also a sad excuse. People are willing to pay attention to shows that are worth their time. A good show doesn't just appeal to a small group of people.
