So what is going to air at 10pm if Crusoe is moving to Saturdays and Lipstick Jungle to 9pm?
Dateline I guess
These are good moves for both shows.
I think that 'Crusoe' will benefit from an earlier hour, and could bring a few more viewers to NBC on Saturdays.
'Lipstick Jungle', which has shown big Friday growth over three weeks (and which has done very well with LIVE+7 added viewers), should benefit from the earlier hour, being up against a CBS encore and luring over the W18-34 audience from 'Ghost Whisperer'.
Even 'Dateline: Friday' at 10 pm will do good numbers for the Peacock, and it will bring '20/20' down a notch or two.
With the improvements, NBC will probably still rank second on Fridays, but it should widen the gap over ABC and MyNetworkTV.
And Six Feet Under was about the most depressing show ever. And half the dialogue consisted of the F word! I can't believe Allan Ball created that, when he's responsible for the awsome True Blood. But, moving on...
Yes, Six Feet Under was depressing, but that was pretty brilliant about it. If a show can make you feel and cry, then it's something special. I loved every minute of "Six Feet Under" and in my opinion it's one of the best shows to ever air on television. And the siblings on the show had a close relationship to each other, they did get along, even though they had their differences (and even though David & Nate started out in a very hostile place relationship-wise).
"True Blood" on the other hand, I enjoyed reading the first book, but as a series, it's doing nothing for me. While the concept sounds good on paper, it lacks in execution and is downright cheesy.
GA has finally been going above 15 million viewers again - looks like this is the stablizing point for both GA and DH, which is still very good, but off from last season. And while Betty's numbers are down, they're definitely stable. Life on Mars had a rather weak showing last night, but I think the move to Wednesdays after Lost will definitely help it out. Same goes for PP moving to Thursdays.
Kitchen Nightmares has definitely dropped badly since September - and since FOX already renewed it for 2 more seasons, there's nothing to worry about. I think this would work well as a summer show, and since its only gtting 4 million, that's where it should go. Either that or to Fridays.
CBS needs to switch Without a Trace/Eleventh Hour I think. WOT was doing much better on Thursdays, and EH could do better airing out of The Mentalist. Either that, or move it to Fridays at 9pm.
Dateline might do better, but I have a feeling it won't. I believe Dateline will hurt from leading out of DOND and LJ. I would have let LJ stay at 10 pm and put Dateline at 9 pm or at 8 pm. Plus, Placing Dateline opposite another newsmagazine 20/20 would only further fragment the audience. The Saturday move of Crusoe is a reminiscent of the ATJ move. And we all know how that worked out.
Eleventh Hour (Viewers: #1, 10.67 million; A18-49: #2, 2.8/ 8), which continues to squander the lead-in support from CSI. Compared to the second half of CSI (Viewers: 18.66 million; A18-49: 5.0/12 at 9:30 p.m.), retention for Eleventh Hour was only 57 percent in total viewers and 56 percent among adults 18-49. And it dipped by 1.12 million viewers (11.23 to 10.11 million) and seven percent among adults 18-49 (2.9/ 8 to 2.7/ 8) in the second half hour.
this show has to be moved quick! i guess they dnt have to cancel it but at least move it and put something better behind CSI. i suggest harpers island, and move Eleventh hour to fridays at 9:00. i think itll find its audience there.
I think Lipstick Jungle could do well at 9pm. The show has been increasing its demo for some reason over the weeks, so it is on an upward trend. People are saying its already cancelled, but the fact is, NBC hasn't cancelled is, and it could actually have a chance of getting a full season.

Mr. Ben Silverman was quoted earlier this week as saying that an order of further episodes remains a possiblility.
For that to happen, I think that 'Lipstick Jungle' probably needs to climb up to the 2.0 A18-49 threshold over the next few episodes. That, together with the relatively high ratio of DVR playback, may be enough to please the Peacock, especially on demographically-depressed Friday nights.
I understand how much you guys hate Kath & Kim but your being a little hard on the show and of NBC. I happen to work on K & K and no, it's not the best show on tv but it's also not the worst. We did get a pickup, maybe because of Ben Silverman, maybe because they want to try to build a show. I've been on others that didn't get as much as chance. Give it some time and don't be such haters.
I haven't posted or read episode threads on TWOP in 3 years, I think, and my life is way better because of it.

I swear, there are newbies every week who come in, see that they're nuts, and then never post there again so only the haters are left. They were predicting a demise after last week. I think not. Hee hee hee.
Seriously? I don't go to TWOP anymore. Too much negativism. Last week was AWESOME though! This week, not so much! I enjoy every episode though, they always look pretty.
They're not forgiving of the Sam/Ruby sex. They didn't like Anna either. And that Sam and Dean aren't attached at the hip like wincest-y lovers. There's a pathological territoriality about those boys at TWOP. Off. the. deep. end.

I know people in the past have wondered how Supernatural skews since it doesn't do that great in the 18-49 and 18-34 demos, so I finally found something on it from Media Life and it turns out that it skews somewhat younger, as in the 12-17 demo: "The CW’s teen-focused “Gossip Girl” ranks in the top 20 with a 1.9 average. It’s tied with “Supernatural” as the highest-rated show among teens on the network." Source
I doubt Lipstick Jungle will do much better at 9 p.m.
