I was always more of a Melrose Place kind of guy, never really got into 90210.
I was honestly too young so I watched neither. I was more a WBer. Came onto that net in its glory days of a big hit leading off just about every night.
Don't forget about the upcoming classic.... "Berverly Hills Chihuahua"

I liked Beverly Hills Cop and Down and Out in Beverly Hills and even beverly Hills Buntz, but I have no use for the upcoming soap or its previous incarnation.

There was a glory age for Melrose Place (1993-1994) when it aired right before MNF, so in college we'd watch them back-to-back. Good times, good times.

Wow, with those numbers it seems like summer tv viewing habits are still the same...

Maybe i found some of the first seasons somewhat interesting back then, but i tried to watch some episodes this summer and i found BH 90210 quite stupid actually
PRISON BREAK should rebound next week to its core 7 million viewers...I hope it does anyway so the spinoff CHERRY HILL will have a chance to see the light of day.
And as I said in the tuesday thread...Labor Day was not the best night to launch the premiere anyway.
With that said...I like how the numbers grew through out the airing.

What big hits? I think you mean 'big hits' in terms of big for them, but still fewer viewers than almost everything on the 'real networks'.
WOW, I must have been way ahead of my time then. I thought the same thing when it was first producing original episodes.

-Record Start for TNT’s Raising the Bar: The debut of TNT legal drama Raising the Bar roared out of the Monday starting gate with a record 5.7 million households and 7.7 million viewers. Comparably (and according to the fast nationals), this is now ad-supported cable’s No. 1 new series launch of all time. Raising the Bar also finished among all new ad-supported cable networks this year to-date among adults 18-49 (2.8 million) and adults 25-54 (3.5 million). And it beat former record-holders The Closer on TNT in households and USA’s The 4400 in total viewers.

7th Heaven, Buffy, Gilmore Girls, Dawsons Creek, Reba, etc. And yes they were big hits for them just like Girlfriends and Smackdown were big hits for UPN.
