Holy S@#t..that's a HUGE development. But I am happy for the person that benefited from it.

Just go to the FORUMS section and you'll eventually see BIG BROTHER and on the left side you'll see a post that says SCANDAL

By the way -- does anyone else think that ABC should not put Lost after Grey's? I certainly love the lead in but I just don't think that Lost is a 10P show -- it is on too late and it's really a family type show.

Yes, I would rather see it at 8pm Thursdays leading into Grey's -- I agree that it will probably lose viewers again at 10pm, even with Grey's as a lead-in. And next season I want it back to Wednesdays @ 9pm to anchor that night for ABC.

I think CBS is pretty much stuck with BB until at least Mid-April anyway: remember, the Sunday and Wednesday timeslots were both reality shows before (TAR and Kid Nation) and Tuesday's show is probably gone (The Unit isn't making any more episodes this season, and I hear it's on the bubble). At least it's something new against AI and DonD- I don't think a CSI rerun would have done that much better in total viewers or 18-49's. It's a low-cost strategy.

AI got under 25m and 10 demo, so it is not really an excuse anymore. Next year other networks can hope to compete with some quality programs.

Why would ABC anchor Wednesday on a declining show in its 5th season, with only 16 episodes. PP has more potential.

Supernanny is doing really well. It has a very weak lead in and it's competing with Moment of Truth, which is losing viewers pretty fast but still has great ratings.
Cashmere Mafia will probably air the rest of it's episodes and will be gone forever afterwards.
AI lost a lot of viewers but will probably do better next week.

No unless someone has to drop out once they pick the top 24 thats pretty much it. They haven't done any kind of wild card since at least season 3 and the last time they brought someone back it was in season 4 when Mario Vazquez dropped out (but even then they just picked another guy from the top 24 not someone already cut)

No, the last season they did wildcards was in season 2, I think.

Honestly though, aside from Cardin McKinney, they really didnt cut anyone that had any potential (and that includes the over-rated Josiah Leming who would have been this years Sanjaya if they would have let him through)...

As for 10pm for Lost, I happen to agree. Honestly, Grey's was slipping in the ratings before the strike, and I think it will continue to slip because the writing has been absolutely dreadful for awhile now. And, Lost showed last year that its not a 10pm show.

I think this 'dream' lineup that ABC is looking to build, might turn out to be a bust for them..

This one's for Marc since he mentioned Deal or No Deal's 13 case Million Dollar Mission contestant.

Take a guess how many episodes this lady with 13 cases plays for? 3-count 'em-3 episodes. She started on Wednesday, she plays on Monday, and finishes her game the next episode.

The only time a contestant has ever lasted 3 shows is for syndicated Millionaire, and that's a half hour with trivia questions which takes time.

It kinda took away from the value of the $1M win with the Mission. They are basically handing it over.

Reruns are never marked as losers, are they? Or rarely.

However, in terms of quality, integrity, originality, and intelligence, Criminal Minds will always be a loser. Big Grin

I was under the impression ANTM was a clips show. If that's the case, it would technically qualify as a new episode.
