Anyways...the ratings for VM..not a good way to g out.
Peace!!
All Rosie did was ask Elisabeth a question because Elisabeth stated our enemies in Iraq and Rosie asked her did she mean our own US troops. Elisabeth mentioned she was referring to Al Qaida, not the US troops. And that is what set it off, with Elisabeth doing most the yelling, while Rosie stated that she was not going to fight with her. It was pretty heated. Peace!!
Mushu, it was the top story on our local noon news today, nothing about high gas prices, or the war in Iraq itself, it was all about the View.

quote: Really. For such a brilliantly unique and critically acclaimed show, they take a few too many cues from One Tree Hill. From the fast forward to the attempt at blackmailing the network into renewal. How sad that OTH actually succeeded in their attempts while VM couldn't, even with the backing of the network president.
The movie idea will have me laughing all day long. Rob Thomas couldn't get 2 million people to watch his series finale for free, at home, sacked out in their jammies. Yeah, that spells box office success.
There isn't going to be any movie. He knows there isn't going to be any movie. He's just talking about it to cover up the fact that he didn't get that exec producer on another show job he was going for.

I havn't had any luck finding a story about what happened on the web. Darn it! Pisher - Did they really hire a plane? That is a little scary. (or are you teasing?)

WHOA, The View was very intersting. Yes I'm watching The View. I'm not sure if Rosie will be back tomorrow. It was pretty tense. They just went at it like they never have before. Thank goodness for Joy and Sharie Shepard for bringing some comedy in the mix. Rosie vs. Elisabeth???? Well Rosie has gone after E all year and lately she has really fought back. I'd say they're pretty even now. I just thought I should share this because I'm around no one else who I can share it with! So thanks guys! I had to tell someone.

Hey Pisher, I thought that Thomas turned that job down. Did I get it wrong? Peace!!

VM should've been canceled from the 1st season. I understand why a fan isn't happy with a cancelation but also u have to be realist. I liked shows that were cancelled after few episodes and the ratings were much better than VM's. For exemple this year i really thought FOX made a mistake in cancelling Justice but i didn't go to FOX headquarters and set them on fire. That's how television works. What should the people who liked Close 2 Home say? It had over 10 million viewers when it was cancelled.

He declined that job, it was his to have and he decided against taking it. Here's the quote: "I was approached by Viva Laughlin, but I really want to concentrate on either Veronica Mars or future development." Source But really, I've tried and tried to move discussion to other shows, but you people are obsessed with Veronica Mars. Why not discuss how even though Dancing won the night, it was down quite a bit from November's finale, and NCIS and SVU were down a bit from last season's finales as well.

I resent being called OLD! I'm not! I watched the NCIS finale' last night. It was good and the show is a very good show.
I also thought Dances with the Stars was Great last night. I think by having 3 great dancers in the finale really made it interesting.
I also loved Kimmels comedy bit. Cracked me up!
DWTS did a very good variety show last night.

Right. You were there. I saw the reports. We only have his word for it that the job was his--the fact that he went to talk to them means he wanted it. So hey, maybe he just thought the show sucked. But more likely, if he did turn it down, he realized he wasn't going to have enough power--that he'd be just a flunkie. Which frankly, is all he's fit to be. quote: But really, I've tried and tried to move discussion to other shows, but you people are obsessed with Veronica Mars.
Try again tomorrow. And every other day, for the rest of eternity.

Well, I think Lost will score about 13. 5 million viewers overall, and American Idol about 28 million. And, comparably, that is a sharp year-to-year decline for both. quote: Originally posted by stingbee: MARC, any predictions numbers from you for tonite showing of LOST vs. A1? what do you think will be the breakdown for LOST for 2 hours? Thank you.

I expected the banner to read renew VM or else...but hey it's not June 15th yet it could still happen. How hard is it to get a restraining order against thousands of people?
I just watched the exchange between Rosie and Elizabeth. Girl could hold her own with Rosie, good job!

Well, maybe he should have taken it after all, because, damn if he isn't out of a job now.
