15 pages worth of responses on the Ausiello blog clamoring for Veronica: The Movie (OK, I only actually skimmed through the 1st page). Will they ever give up?
You were always able to spot a nice pair of G's on the girls, weren't ya Pisher...?
I can spot a network hoping to squeeze a little more mileage out of an established brandname, without actually having to shell out for it, if that's what you mean.
I think they could have gone with a couple of female impersonators and kept the Gilmore Girls rolling...make it a sort of gay burlesque. I wonder if any of the Kids in the Hall are available...

There was NOTHING gay about Gilmore Girls.
Not that there would be anything wrong with that. If there was. Which there wasn't.

They already have. But hey, they still need something to fill up their day with.
Perhaps CBS might pick that version up and pair it with Viva Laughlin!

As long as they sign up Christiane Amanpour...bring her back, she's kinda butchy, in an overseas, smart-but-still-oafish kind of way. Bet she could belt out a low C like nobody's business...
Believe it or not Mushu, I am a conservative. (Perhaps mostly a fiscal one...) Unfortunately an administration pandering to the Religious Right forces me to seek alliances elsewhere.
I don't care whether you like Rosie or not, but I do care when you support some of the causes that she is opposed to. Sorry, but I take my rights very seriously and when anyone wants to oppress them and tell me that my rights should be taken away, that is where my concern lies.

And not with what TV shows get renewed, or which celebrities win the latest overblown media feud? How very shallow of you.

Oh I deeply care about that too of course. I am out in front of CBS Headquarters right now picketing the cancellation of The Class. Hey, why isn't anyone else here. I'm lonely.

The guns are silenced. The battle is done. The corpses have been buried. The spoils have been divided.
My war on Veronica Mars is hereby declared to be OVER. I have won. As I have won my wars on What About Brian, Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, Drive, and the notion that Lost could run indefinitely.
It's been a good year.
I shall do my best to be even more obnoxious next season.
And I promise to try and learn how to make a greater variety of emoticon-thingies.
Mission Accomplished. Pulling out.
Now if only some OTHER people could learn how to do that.
PS: I'm still coming back tomorrow to discuss Lost ratings.

And they're so much worse than I'd dared hope--sheesh, 2.14mil viewers for the SERIES FINALE? The 18-49 #'s are 0.8 and 0.9? Don't talk to me about reality shows--VM managed better than this earlier in the season, against even tougher competition, and Marc is right--look at NCIS. There were plenty of unclaimed viewers out there--VM just never could claim them. It would have claimed even fewer next season.
Thank you for entertaining us with your putrid audience #'s, Veronica Mars. It almost made up for your mediocre scripts, and lacklustre acting.
I just dont understand why it doesnt attract more people............everyone I ever recommend it to ends up loving the show......so why such awful support.........I've seen much worse shows with better ratings.........its sad.
Well my source is my own two eyes. For those of you who have not seen the full blowout check out perezhilton.com ~ Rosie in NO way said our troops are the enemies. She said that the Iraqi civilians are NOT the enemy. Elizabeth continued on with her FOX-News parrotting about Al-Quaida. The same way Bush led this country into war by convincing the hordes of idiots that Iraq and Al-Quaida are one-in-the-same. Rosie has said from day one that she supports our troops and wants them home safe. I wonder why it is so hard for people to understand that you can support our men and women at war but not the war itself!

Yea, like our Men and Women in the Military are OUR enemies.
She's a Moron!
