Yes, you are correct. Marc makes no contribution to the forum any more whatsoever, with the exception of posting the ratings each day.
...... seems like that is a pretty big contribution to me.
I have to agree with AL on this one. After the first year, Marc's interaction with the forum has really dropped off. At most, he has about 7-8 posts a day and those are to post columns and reports. Very little daily interaction. The board would only be that much better if Marc could return to his forum activity level of a year ago, and before.
I don't disagree with point, TV-aholic. I was responding to AL making it sound like the posting of the numbers (particularly on weekends and holidays) is somehow not much of a contribution because it's also his job. It shouldn't be surprising that Marc's participation has dropped. In my experience people who start websites almost always back away from them a bit over time. I'm not sure why, but it does seem to be a pattern? In any case, I still enjoy this place whether Marc participates more than posting the numbers or not. I'm just happy we get the numbers - especially on days when very few other sites post them.

I didn't speak for them. I'm only pointing out that if I was a big ABC fan, I would cringe at many of the posts you make in their 'defense'.
I have contributed both positive and negative comments about ABC programming, but I always try to be objective. My posts aren't about 'defending' ABC, because it really isn't up to me to do that. But I like a lot of their shows (LOST, DH, DWTS, Grey's, EM:HE, UB, etc), and want to see them do better. My position towards them is like what someone would have towards an underachieving friend, sibling, or child. You know they can and should be doing so much better, you see their potential, but you are frustrated that they are often wasting it.

Ah. Old News. His anctics are legendary, and old news. When you've had a reported 4500 women, one of them is bound to have someting on film.
His sleeping around is old news...is the tape 'old news'? Nope. The tape is this week's news.
A whole lot of nothing here. Especially since is "Someone that looks like Gene". Even if it is him, thats #4501

[QUOTE]Originally posted by Riff Rafferty: Luke - Not the best looking, that would be Michael BY FAR, but not the worst vocalist, that would be Leif. David Cook - Off the top of my head, I cant even remember this guy. Not a good sign Danny - <Hey, wait a second. Shouldn't she be peforming tonight?> You are making me laugh last night. She has a good voice, I just don't wanna look at her. Sanjaya-gate part 2. Robbie - Snooooooooze.... Hopefully by the time I wake up he will have taken a shower and got a haircut. Vocals did nothing for me. Leif Garrett - What can you say? Am I the only one who thinks he looks like Jodie Foster? Jason Castro - Cheeseball. Vocals were okay, but I feel that the dreads are just ridiculous. Cute guy though, the teen girls will vote for his chessy smile. Chikezie Breezy Beautiful - Awful suit, awful, awful, awful. Vocals are marginal. Didn't like the attitude he gave Simon. Too early in the season for that. Colton - Too Clay Aiken for my tastes, but the target audience is gonna love his frosty blond locks... Jason Yeager - He did an alright job, but I wasn;t really feeling the song choice dawg. David Hernandez - Average at best. Michael - This guy will be top 5 guaranteed. He is the best looking, he's got the sex appeal, and sexy accent. And he's got a great voice. David Archuleta - I agree that this kid has "got it". I hope that his age doesnt hinder him in song choice and withstanding the tough competition. How cute is this kid! The teen girl voters are going to go CRAZY for him. Going home: Jason Yeager and Leif Garrett. Or perhaps that guy I forgot. Early predictions: Michael Johns and David A are gonna break out as favorites. Also, Paula seems awfully alert this season. Have they changed her "vitamins"?

Question...
Why is Boston Legal not given "loser" status on the first page? What about those numbers keep it off the list completely?

Well, this is the only site I chat in, so that may be tru. And I do agree with you rest. We get the Over Nights, the Fast Nationals and the Finals from many different sources here. Plus the Games by Douglas make it even more enjoyable. Almost all the members here that post are fun to talk with and debate the topics at hand. It is my favorite site to visit, and visit often.

CBS has announced that when The Big Bang Theory and How I Met Your Mother return with fresh episodes on March 17, they will occupy each other's time slots. Big Bang will now lead off the Eye's comedy four-pack, with Mother sliding a half-hour back, to 8:30 pm/ET. Welcome to the Captain, in turn, will move from the Monday lineup onto the answer side of a Trivial Pursuit card. — Matt Mitovich

Would this be a bad time to mention that the show's title is "Mama's Family"? I rarely watched it, but I have fond memories of the Carol Burnett Show sketches that inspired it.

You remind me of that crabby neighbor who always yelled at us kids to get off his lawn. Come to think of it, his name is Al. Are you him? quote: Originally posted by AL: Yes, you are correct.
