What is more of a disaster than Heroes down to 5.5 millions is the fact that Heroes is still the top draw on NBC Mondays with only 5.5 million!!!!!!

I suppose Fishburne is trying to kill the other 2 CSIs as well

If it works, he can be a judge on Idol.

I know it makes me happy too. When dancing with the stars if off the air and theres basically no comp for BBT, what do you guys think the numbers will reach

lets make predictions

mine is

averaging 15.4 million viewers, 5.6/13 demo

Do you realize that BBT got almost the same ratings as House last night ? Sky is the limit. It got a 5.6 for the premiere in the DVR ratings, so it may be able to do that once DWTS ends, so your number is a pretty good one.

yeah i hope it gets that without DVR when it has little competition. I think BBT can do it. Hopefully higher. and yeah i know, near house!

Leno is doing very good given NBC's ratings in general. Once again, Leno is the least of NBC's problems

For everyone saying Eastwick should air after DH - I watched the first 15 mins of episode 1 and 1) it wasn't very good; 2) the premise seems too similar - 3 women living in a small town - who wants to watch 2 hours of the exact same thing (with the exception of CBS procedural viewers)?

It's working pretty well with Grey's Anatomy & Private Practice.

MNF was also on channel 9 (My Network TV) in New York. They just simulcasted the ESPN production. The NFL always has an over-the-air station telecast a MNF game in the local markets.

Well, its record viewership was for Degrassi Goes to Hollywood, which brought in 977,000 viewers. Since it was only a season premiere, I am guessing less than 900,000.

Sad for Heroes. Its so far much better than season 2/3. Last night's episode was actually pretty well done and interesting. It seems like Heroes and Trauma have stabilized but those numbers aren't good. Jay is doing as well as its lead in some nights.

Great numbers for CBS overall. HIMYM can hold down the fort and AoP is doing decently in the ratings. 2 and 1/2 Men and TBBT are still a great one-two punch out in the ratings. CSI Miami make be the stronger preformer of the CSI's yet again. Ugh at Fishburne crossing over to all the CSI's. If Marg Helgenberger and William Peterson's characters never did this why should his? Ugh.

ABC is stable. DwtS is down year to year but all they need is a better cast next season. Too bad Castle isn't doing better. Its really hit its stride right now.

House is still a powerhouse. Crap I got like 5 hours of House to get caught up on. Lie To Me, I wish was doing better. I just got to last week's episode and its really good. Hugh Laurie fans dislike Tim Roth?

Good. So even with less coverage this week, OTH & GG still had season highs? Thats pretty good.

Wink

Pisher why don't you just give Castle a break and tear down another series. It's such a well written comedy mystery that amazes week to week in how well done it is -- that is the reason for it's ratings growth and really it should be getting higher ratings that what it is. It is one of the best shows on tv.

Okay. I'm going to talk slowly, and use small words, so you can hopefully understand me.

I. Do. Not. Agree. That. Castle. Is. Good.

Lots of people, here and elsewhere, agree with me.

Why should we alter our opinions to please you? It's not like we're going to cancel Castle. The ratings are going to do that. It's just a matter of how soon.

Dollhouse is already effectively dead. Chuck hasn't come back from hiatus yet. I'm not interested in taking on any new nemesis shows right now. So sorry, Castle gets my full attention for the time being. But let me give you a tip--if you and a few other people would stop arguing with me, there'd be fewer of these 'tearing down' posts that grieve you so. If you'd stop posting about Castle here entirely (which is doing the show itself absolutely no good), I'd probably get bored and post about it maybe once a week, if that.

If I'm such a menace to Castle's future, you have it in your power to shut me down. By shutting up.

Btw, it does not pass unnoticed that you'd have no problem with my 'tearing down' somebody else's favorite show. EVERY show is somebody's favorite show. And I'm sure you've done your share of tearing down. And really, that's what pifeedback is all about. So can the dramatics, and LET'S GET TEARING.

Big Grin
