I know there was a producers shake up at brothers and sisters a few months ago -- is this storyline of rebecca one of the reasons? I just don't understand why they would choose to go through this route when the path they were on it would seem would provide much more interesting storylines. It effectively makes rebecca and holly outsiders
Holly was an outsider to begin with. And I was concerned at first at the thought of Rebecca not being a Walker. But, something tells me Nora will not turn her back on her.

I've been waiting for it since the 1st season came out 2 years ago. And let me tell you, it was worth the wait. It was great to finally see how this show comes to an end.
The shipping was faster than I expected too. I received the DVD just one day after it was released, and I live all the way down in Florida.
Thanks agian Warner in Canada for finally giving this great show a second chance, and a second DVD.

How could a mother side with a guy she has only recently seen and has had nothing to do with for the past 20 odd years over her flesh and blood daughter who has been emotionally wrenched around this past year. What a reactive and selfish b--ch!!!! I never liked her character much(but loved watching her) however she needs to be more responsive to her daughter's needs and less reactive to her own selfish wants. For once, she needs to put Rebecca first, instead of her herself and money issues. As to Rebecca, she literally got knocked around last night like a ping-pong ball. You had to feel sorry for her. My heart ached for her. I do hope Sarah takes her in or even Nora. It hink also that Justin will come around after he gets over his dramatic overreactions and also help her out. Emily did a great subdued performance. Loved the storylines last night except for the Kitty-Robert stuff. That I could have done without. However, all in all one of the best episodes this season. Next week, should be interesting.
I thought Holly'w behavior was incredibly selfish. And I thought the scene with Sol and Kevin was terrific, really emotional.

All this time I could not tell if Holly was good or bad. Now I realize she is a selfish b****.

Damn, I wanted to see Dexter's run reach higher ratings on CBS somewhere along the way. Anyone know if they have any plans to air the 2nd season as alternate programming anytime in the future? Though I didn't think the 2nd season was as strong as the first, still great teevee and I'm glad it reached a new audience, albeit the censored version.

Originally posted by total eclipse: Desperate Housewives hasn't recovered at all, and 16.6 isn't exactly "hefty" in comparison to what it used to be. I'm glad to see Cold Case is still holding steady, but I must comment about last night's ep: I think a new record has been broken. 20 minutes into the show I already knew exactly who the killer was and why they did it. All that was left for me to do is yawn my way to the great "discovery" in the last few minutes. The writers need to wake up and for next season, come up with less predictable plots. And the 10p soap Brothers and Sisters is hardly "must-see" nor is it "dominating". If CBS / NBC come up with a decent competition, B&S (or as I call it, BS) is a goner. Watching this makes me miss Dynasty.
Well it was obvious on Cold Case. "I have a four year old." I wonder why they decided to drop that hint so early when they could have just revealed it at the end. Good episode though. Tom gave a great performance and the kidnappers pause when they saw the "My mommy love me" shirt was great.
I never found Joey to be such a disaster. For a one time viewing it was OK. It was a bad bad idea to go forward with this spin-off, i agree on that. But there are worse sitcoms right now that are even winning Emmys. Oh wait, i'm too stupid to understand such intellingent sitcoms like 30Rock or My Name is Earl
"Shark": Another network might be inclined to give this drama another chance, but CBS sets a high ratings bar for pickups and "Shark" has a tough time clearing it. Industry oddsmakers are pessimistic about a fall return.
Moonlight": Since returning post-strike, "Moonlight" remains the weakest link in CBS' Friday night lineup. Yet the vampire drama continues to win its time period. A pickup is all but certain.
This is the one of the most illogical things i've ever red. So CBS sets a high bar, so high that a 10 million show is canceled and a 7 million renwed (in demos both do pretty much the same)
