Clearly the basketball game hurt Lost. There is considerable overlap between the two.

And last week what hurt it, and the week before last week? Just get used to the idea that more and more people are tired of Lost.

I agree, especially since Eli Stone's ratings get a boost from the Lost overrun.

I don't think LJ belongs on the loser list this week. Not that it deserves renewal either, although NBC did renew Life that didn't do much better.

Lipstick Jungle is on NBC. -Sincerely, AL

Anyway, I agree. I think Lipstick Jungle has a better shot to return than Eli does... it's done close to Eli numbers most weeks with a much smaller lead-in, and I would imagine has a much more defined audience (females). Maybe it'll take that Friday female-skewing spot vacated by Las Vegas.

Miss Guided is doomed unless it gets some kind of reprieve for its weird scheduling, the way Notes from the Underbelly did last year when it was mixed in with all those According to Jim episodes. Call me a spinster, but I actually thought MG would drop to 5 mil and below 2.0 immediately, so I'm a little surprised anyone showed up.

Damn I really surprised about the CW performance. LAst Year the first week of the NCAA got in final numbers 8.88 million viewers for the 8pm to 9:50pm time period, and both CW programs were up over the previous months sweeps numbers.

Though I do have to say Reaper did managed to improve this week.

It is a little dissappointing seeing Lost drop once again. But these numbers are still very solid and ABC should still be pretty happy with them. Hopefully the finals will tick the numbers up a bit like the last few weeks. It really doesn't make sense to me why the ratings keep dropping though, this season has been insanely good.

Not enough to match the drop.

From the premiere to the Feb 28th airing (the last one we have Live+7 numbers on), Lost dropped 3.2 million in the Live+SD ratings (16.1-12.9) and 2.9 million in Live+7 ratings (17.8-14.9). No, it didn't lose quite as much when you include the Live+7, but it still lost nearly 3 million viewers in one month with little competition.

I think Lipstick Jungle will return. It probably has a better show at renewal than ES. NBC announced a pick up of more scripts of it already.

Ouch Lost. It is lowering each week, after Grey's at 10pm it will be even worse. Grey's is a sinking ship also. The fan morale is low the writers are doing interviews everywhere to bring them back.

ES hold pretty well, Abc will give ES another chance after a DH episode

I believe the fact that it will have Greys as a lead in, its best lead in ever, that it will easily hold these 11 million or so with another 3 to 4 million DVRing each week like now.

Lipstick Jungle was only up this week due to basketball. I don't know how people can think Lost will fall below 10 million when Greys becomes its lead in.

Re LOST..it IS interesting how its numbers are now approaching HEROES numbers before the strike. So in the fan boy war between both series there can be no winner if they become even.

Ehhhh

Heroes: Two Seasons

Lost: Four Seasons
