Interesting that in the 8pm hour, it's a House repeat that wins when up against two game show premieres (which were both met with a "meh") and sitcom repeats. Also CBS should consider doubling up on 2.5 Men more often so long as it's in repeats... they'll own 9pm.

You are right about 2.5 Men. I bet we will see back-to-back episodes come Feb or March. Welcome to the Captain just doesn't look like it will cut it.
Way to go OR! Those are some of the best ratings it has had all season and it was preempted in Dallas, Chicago and Minniapolis. Plus, it grew from its lead in and in the half hr. and it was a time when alot of people are tuning out on shows. Not great ratings, but still could have been a lot worse. Hopefully it will do better from here, especially when Dance War starts.
Wow, I can't believe 11 million people would rewatch TWO AND A HALF MEN. But I am glad they didn't waste an orginal episode of SAMANTHA WHO against it. ABC's future plans for SW don't look encouraging. I hope they change their minds and find a mor protective time slot for it.
JOURNEYMAN...in its death throes its down to nearly DAYBREAK ratings. Not to sound elitest but I have to wonder what's wrong in that a show like TWO MEN...when you really peel down the onion so to speak its basically a show whose plots continually revolve around some variation-forgive me if this is a bit graphic but-some variation of a male character getting or trying to get his member inside some guest woman of the week. That's pretty much what it boils down to and this is HUGLY popular with viewers...where creative shows like JOURNYMAN or DAYBREAK can't get seem to find an audience outside of a small core group of fans.
Wow, haven't soapboxed like that in a while but its how I feel.
Good. Let the networks squirm. Hope your shareholders aren't getting too angry since you've started giving cash back to advertisers, all you other networks.

Well i'm surprised OR did so well. I know 5.7 million might not seem well, but with such a bad lead-in, when CSI Miami hits a new low and OR did 5 million last week it's not all that bad
