Seriously, if CW went under, CBS might take Top Model as replacement fodder in poor timeslots, if it was still at all viable. That's about it.

CBS might put its failures on CW (it's already happened with UPN and Wolf Lake), but it won't happen the other way around. CW has nothing CBS wants. At this point, I doubt CBS even wants CW itself, but they're stuck with it, for now.
