Pavanbadal at sitcomsonline.com reports that ABC has pre-empted this Monday February 4ths scheduled episodes of Notes from the Underbelly and October Road for a special 90-minute 20/20.

This could be the first of several schedule adjustments from the Alphabet as it tries to improve some of its weak spots for the February Sweep.

I do agree that 20/20 will get better ratings, but OR has some loyal followers and I wouldn't count it out just yet. Plus, I think ABC is finding a way to save the fresh episodes of OR in case the strike isn't settled soon.

I liked OR in season 1 but haven't watched a sinlge episode this season, and since I'm not feeling compelling to watch I realize I don't care about that show anymore. Its results have been very bad, in large parts due to ABC's scheduling its premiere on low-rated Thanksgiving night -- not only its non-regular night but also a historically very low viewership night.

In any case, if they do bring it back at some point to finish its run of original episodes, do it on Friday where it can't hurt -- it may even do slightly better than the DH and grey's reruns and perhaps with the lower expectations actually have time to find a bit more of its audience.

Yes, you're right. I saw the ads for that last night -- I got confused because the link provided stated that it was for Super Tuesday coverage.

The writing on OR has gone down hill- you're not missing anything.
