Just saw the online preview to ABC's summer "gameshow" WIPEOUT and it looks really FUN.

Its basically is an american version of Spike's MXC, but players are playing a real game. It looks fun to watch and funny to see how people DONT make it through an obstical.

I thought Life On Mars my be my first regularly viewed ABC series in a couple of years, but WIPEOUT may have just edged it out.

Actually, it's an American version of G4's "Ninja Warrior", but yeah, it should be a lot of fun. I am actually more optimistic of ABC's summer this year than the past 3 seasons... Wipeout, The Mole, a decent Bachelorette, High School Musical, etc...

I just saw the preview and I'm impressed. It kept my interest. Really funny. It could do really well for ABC.

I watched the preview. Watching the players go throught the obsticals and bouncing off the big red balls was hesterical. I can't wait. If it hits big I wouldn't be surprised to see it back by mid-season.

I agree that it looks hysterical and could be big. I think the trick will be whether people will watch week after week. If it's the same kind of thing, it might end up being a brief summer splash rather than a hit.

I'm pretty interested in it actually. I'm a pretty loyal fan of both MXC and Ninja Warrior, so I'm pretty eager to catch this.
