2 more scripts of K-Ville ordered.

Awesome. Does that make it 13 episodes to air plus 2 additional to shoot? Looks like K-Ville stabilized just in time. I'm glad FOX is giving K-Ville more of a chance. The show is getting better and better.

Scripts now for K-Ville, Cane, and all 4 new NBC dramas. Maybe ABC is just less paranoid than the other nets.

Or not as confident in their shows.

I just read that K-Ville got 4 scripts ordered. I don't know if that is 4 in addition to the 2 or a total of 4. I haven't found a second source yet to confirm it. Maybe Travis has some more information.

The article said :

FOX's buddy cop show K-Ville will be encouraged to hear that FOX has ordered four more scripts of the series. This does not indicate that the scripts will be shot, but it does mean that FOX is at least interested in where the story is going and will be determining whether they think the continuing story is compelling enough to pull the borderline anemic show off the bubble.

I wonder if these will be completed before the strike. If it was ordered yesterday, then I'm guessing no.

Do you think show outlines/additional scripts are already done up and the network only pays the license fee once the order comes and the production company pays it if it doesn't happen?

Not sure Zedman. I'd say that's a Travis question. If the scripts are done, I would say the network pays for license fee, but again I could be wrong.

The article was dated October 26th. So I'd assume the order of 4 scripts went out the day before.
