Honestly, the only thing on tonights menu that interests me is Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader, because I like Jeff Foxworthy. Thank-God there's a basketball game for me to go to. Why can't we have Boston Legal and move the Bob Woodruff special to 9pm. Then if they really have to air Primetime, throw it to the Idol Death Star at 8pm.
Just something I noticed last night in the NBC promo for SVU. NBC is advertising a very special episode for Mariska Hargitay - not for Detective Olivia Benson. How often does a Net promote a special episode for a lead actor or actress by starting the promo with that actor's or actresses’ actual name as opposed their character’s name? I have never taken notice before, so maybe it is more common than I thought. I could never imagine CBS running a promo for a very special episode of Dallas and using the name Larry Hagman to begin the promo.

Since she has returned from her pregnancy, Mariska Hargitay's work load has been somewhat reduced. Several recent episodes have focused on other characters.
NBC just wants everyone to know that she's back.
