And that was what...1.2 million?

According to the MyNetworkTV record books (which I dutifully maintain), their best ever households number was the March broadcast of the Anna Nicole Smith "Exposed" special, which got a 1.5HH.

MyNetworkTV's best ever share, viewership and demo rating were all garnered by "The Rundown" on MyThursdayNight Movie just a few weeks ago which rated:

1.4HH/3%, 0.9 A18-49, 2.199 million viewers.

2.2 million is not bad!

But, in fairness, a large proportion of those households require cable or digital to obtain the MyNetworkTV (and CW) signals that are otherwise antennae-available for ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX and PBS.

It is not a level playing field.

I did not know this. How many homes get MYTV as a broadcast channel?

Both of our MNTV affiliates are digital only for over the air. Some of the basic cable nets convert them down so you can watch them on basic, but most require digital cable.

Granted, but it's still bad. For that to be the most watched show in about a year of the network's existence is not good.
