ABC: 8:00pm Dance War: Bruno vs. Carrie Ann 9:31pm Notes From the Underbelly 10:01pm October Road
CBS: 8:00pm How I Met Your Mother (R) 8:30pm Welcome to the Captain 9:00pm Two and a Half Men (R) 9:30pm The New Adventures of Old Christine 10:00pm CSI: Miami (R)
NBC: 8:00pm American Gladiators 9:30pm Deal or No Deal
Fox: 8:00pm Prison Break 9:00pm Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles
Online: 9:30 - Notes from the Underbelly (ABC) - Preemptions mean this is likely this underrated series' finale, unless its rather large stockpile of remaining eps gets the summer burnoff treatment.
8:00 pm – Celebrity Expose (MyNetworkTV) -> MyNetworkTV kicks off what will probably be a ratings record-breaking week with this expose of the rarely-seen Mr. Michael Jackson tonight.
9:00 pm – Paradise Hotel 2 (MyNetworkTV) -> Last week was fun, and while I'm not hooked, I'm intrigued enough to watch again this week.
10:01 pm – October Road (ABC) -> I cannot fathom why this outstanding drama is cleaning up in young adult demo against CSI: Miami re-runs and the too-silly-for-words Deal or No Deal. Maybe tonight.
LATER:
8:30 pm Welcome to the Captain (CBS) -> I watched this last week, and while it's not 30 Rock, it's a pleasant CBS foray into the world of one-camera comedy. And it has Miss Raquel Welch too! So it gets another watch from me.
9:30 pm Notes from the Underbelly (ABC) -> If it's good enough for spotupj, it's good enough for me.
American Gladiators: The conclusion of the semifinal round features a wrestling coach, a youth minister, a mother and a rehab physician, all of whom must tangle with formidable gladiators.
Prison Break Tonight! The escape attempt succeeds for some, if not all, of the escapees, and those who make it receive assistance on the outside from an unlikely source. But one escapee inadvertently leaves something behind.
Paradise Hotel 2: Ratings not as good as we hoped, but it's still promises to be an exciting season. Numbers will rise, no doubt.
The New Adventures of Old Christine Blair Underwood continues his guest star status on this stellar sitcom, but with his contract continuing on ABC's Dirty Sexy Money, we know this can't last. Tonight: Christine worries that Mr. Harris might dump her for a younger woman after a pretty waitress flirts with him, so she visits a plastic surgeon. And Andy Richter returns again. (His previous appearances on this show were quite hysterical.) Also of note, Wanda Sykes is listed in the opening credits now.
Whatever happened to Armand Assante? Find out on October Road . Tonight: Nick tries to convince Aubrey's father (Armand Assante) to tell Aubrey why he's on the run. Meanwhile, the gang heads out on a road trip to find the girl who saved Owen's life.

I like it too. Its trashy, slutty, and did I mention there's a guy from Iowa (granted he's from the city we'd rather annex to Missouri ) !? I'm hooked!
