Tonight I will be watching Bones, Beauty and the Geek, American Idol and Medium. I would have watched Criminal Minds as well, but since it is a repeat, I will skip it.
On cable, I will be watching Top Chef (finale) and Top Designer.

Like Paul (as usual), I look forward to tonight's Top Chef finale (only I would have more if Sam was in the finals instead of Ilan) and Top Design - nice article today on the show and there are 3 from my hometown of Chi-town. Apparently one of the designers was making fun of the guys because he said they were so queenie he said it was like living with all girls. (Then when they announce the host, he proceeds to act like the biggest girl....) Ahhhhh... gotta love that Bravo!
Other than that, will DVR George Lopez then let my partner watch his Idol and I'll record Medium.

I'm predicting first place finish at 8pm overall for Bones with CSI: NY finishing a solid second in all demos. ABC will be a decent third thanks to GLo. At 9pm, Idol will roar and everyone else will cower in the corner with Criminal Minds repeat doing a modest 10 million. ABC will show week to week gains thanks to AtJ (who will pull at least 5 million). NBC may do decently, thanks to DOND at 9 as well. At 10pm, CSI NY will win, Medium will come a distant second, despite facing a repeat, and Primetime will show week to week gains thanks to a slightly improved lead in.
I'm a little worried about it...will fans have abandoned it-out of sight out of mind...and will it be pummeled by BONES..which frankly is not a very good CSI clone?
Ratings were already starting to sink before its break. I don't think it will fare well. I know I began watching it with interest and then found it increasing uninteresting.

Oh no you didn't call Bones a CSI clone! Just kidding.
As usual, I am agreeing with Wise Guy except about George Lopez which I never got into. (I am in Chicago too by the way).
I wish it was Sam v. Ilan in the finale of Top Chef; I hate Marcel with a passion. But I guess it makes for better TV to have a "villain" there. I haven't seen any TV spots for Top Design, only stuff in print. It looks good.

As for Top Chef, I thought that Marcel was awful and obnoxious and full of himself and... I could go on. But against Sam I thought he'd lose and have to eat crow. I just don't think that Ilan is that strong. Some of his dishes were really less than impressive (more early on) and I wasn't impressed with how he prepared his final dishes - not sticking with the traditional Hawaiian theme enough. I can't see Marcel taking it all just because he is so hated and I can't see the producers allowing that to happen. (Y'know, call me cynical, but I think these things are a tad bit fixed in a way to get the most out of the ratings...and the producers will want a happy ending.)

CSI clone? Well thats the worse show description of Bones ever. Because there is so much more to it than that... it just means you haven't been watching.
