TCM: 8:00 pm Frank Sinatra: A Man and His Music Plus Ella Plus Jobim -> Mr. Sinatra sings with Ella Fitzgerald, backed by the Nelson Riddle Orchestra (Mr. Riddle wrote the theme for Batman, one part of a very long and distinguished career as a composer/maestro). Thanks to TCM for going into the vaults and bringing back to air these superb specials done by Mr. Sinatra over the years.
ABC: 9:00 pm Desperate Housewives -> Season 4 finale goes out with a bang.
LATER:
FOX: 8:00 pm Simpsons -> I've enjoyed this past season...the movie seemed to re-invigorate the series somewhat.
The CW: 8:30 pm Aliens in America -> Ms. Ostroff made yet another mistake cutting this series loose in favour of The Game.
PBS: 9:00 pm Cranford -> What a jewel of a miniseries that PBS has on offer...hope they encore it again in summer for those who missed part 1.
Saturday: 11:30 - SNL (NBC) - Only been watching SNL intermittently this season, and even rarer on TV (usually through clips on hulu.com), but I will check out Steve Carell in the finale.
Live: Desperate Housewives Later on: American Dad Plus begin catching up on the past two Thursdays worth of shows, OTH, Til Death/Back to You, and eventually Hell's Kitchen.
