Dumont Prime ChoicesThursday is a night to celebrate quality, compelling television. MY THURSDAY PRIME: LIVE:Find yourself Lost this Thursday on ABC 8:00 pm Lost (ABC) -> Last weeks "Oh my Lord" ending was so shocking, that I am going to watch the episode again in the "enhanced" version so I can see what sort of tidbits the writer-producers want to tell us about last weeks major revelations. 9:00 pm Lost (ABC) -> I believe tonights episode is a Kate backstory/flash-forward, and I have liked every episode in which she is featured. Please Mr. Abrahms, tell me more very soon about Juliet, who is so strangely subdued this season. 10:02 pm Eli Stone (ABC) -> I view this series now with the same affection as Ally McBeal or Boston Legal. Appointment television it is. LATER:9:00 pm Supernatural (The CW) -> Last weeks episode was so good...this show never disappoints.

Survivor: Micronesia LOST Might catch a few minutes of the "enhanced" LOST rerun. If anyone viewed it last week, how informative was it?

XWISEGUYX's Thursday Picks 2 Click Survivor: Fans vs. Favorites : We lost a fan and a favorite now, who is next? Tonight! The fans and favorites apply war paint and engage in a physical battle that requires them to tackle each other in the water to win a reward; Cirie is torn between two alliances and must decide which one to join; the third castaway is voted out of the game. Celebrity Apprentice Donald Jr is back, sigh... Tonight: The celebs are tasked with producing and presenting a live 10-minute segment on a home-shopping network, and both teams endure terrible rehearsals prior to going on air. Ivanka Trump and Donald Trump Jr. preside over the challenge. Lost Tonight! Kate's need to get information from the hostage could jeopardize her standing with both Locke and Sawyer. Eli Stone Each week's episode is a different George Michael Song. Tonight in an episode called "Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go": As Eli struggles to come to terms with the end of his engagement to Taylor, his visions convince him to help a former coma patient who wants to get his life back. Meanwhile, Jordan defends an old friend in a discrimination suit. Cable Alerts! Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares (BBCAmerica) The BBC Version is a great way to tide you over until the American Version makes it's return. Tonight: Who likes curry?! The Curry Lounge. Diminishing sales worry the owner of a once-busy Bollywood-themed Indian eatery in Nottingham, England as Gordon heads to the restaurant with a do-it-yourself gimmick and not enough customers. Celebrity Rehab w/ Dr. Drew (VH1) A fun filled hour of your favorite D Listers getting clean. Time for a new drinking game, every time Jeff Conaway threatens to leave, take a shot! What a mess!! Tonight! The patients deal with their emotions after admitting their problems to loved ones. Some group members find the process empowering, while others contemplate leaving the facility (hmmm, I wonder who that would be?)

LOST and Eli Stone, and maybe the final minutes of AI. You know, I think it's quite possible that American Idol on Thursday may actually help LOST's ratings, even though they are on different networks. AI will bring in a larger than usual audience at 8pm, and if DFTL doesn't hold their immediate attention, I'm sure some will channel surf over to LOST. It's happened before with other shows, notably in previous seasons when ABC had nothing noteworthy after DWTS, a good number of viewers would flock to CBS shows, increasing over their usual average.

Live: maybe 8 - Lost (enhanced R) (ABC) 9 - Lost (ABC) 10 - Eli Stone (ABC) - My prophecy? This show will, like Journeyman and so many others before it, hit its stride as soon as nobody is watching anymore. I don't think it's bad now, but it can be a lot better, and it probably will be.

How can you go "back and forth" with Lost? Isn't that show confusing enough when you watch the whole thing? quote: Originally posted by Marc Berman: I will be going back and forth between Survivor and Idol at 8 p.m., and Lost and Celebrity Apprentice at 9 p.m. AT 10:00 p.m.: House Hunters, of course!!!

Ya know, with so many of us here saying we'll watch Eli Stone, I'm really surprised it's not doing better. I know we're not necessarily a representative sample of the general tv viewer, but it should be at least an encouraging sign -- perhaps it will stabilize this week, giving ABC enough reason to keep it around. I read reports that ABC still hasn't decided what to do with it after LOST goes on its brief hiatus in a few weeks: a lot will depend on whether it finds a stable audience or if it continues to slide. I enjoy the show, so I'm hoping it's the former.
