Wow. 4 hours of repeats for you to pack in tonight. I guess that is where the 'aholic' part really shows.
Meanwhile, in the last week my primetime viewing has been limited to an episode of Monk, and episode of Psych, and half an episode of The Simpsons. All three shows sucked and I won't be watching those episodes again. I guess if I am not careful, I will lose my membership here.
START HERE 8 - Lost special (ABC) 9 - Lost (ABC) Already seen the Eli Stone pilot, so I may rewatch Lost in the 10pm hour if it's really good. If not, I'll give Stone another viewing. Either way, I recommend it.
Also in the process of watching 7 - UNC/BC (ESPN).

OMG I cant wait to watch LOST, I am so excited!!!!
look people at all the excellent reviews season 4 has been getting:
100San Francisco Chronicle Tim Goodman Three more words: Oh. My. God.
100Pittsburgh Post-Gazette Rob Owen The Lost writers begin the season with a firm grasp on their story and a keen understanding that viewers won't object to the introduction of new characters as long as old favorites are well served.
100USA Today Robert Bianco Let Lost remind you of how spectacular scripted network programming can be.
90Newsday Diane Werts This stuff is good. No, superb.
80Philadelphia Daily News Ellen Gray I still don't know where it's headed, but it feels, finally, as if we could be getting somewhere.
80Chicago Tribune Maureen Ryan I blissfully enjoyed every minute of Lost’s smashing Season 4 start.
80Boston Globe Matthew Gilbert So much of the pleasure of Lost is in the way surprise twists arrive completely out of the blue.
80Newark Star-Ledger Alan Sepinwall The Lost season three finale was no fluke. The show has got its mojo back, and then some.
75New York Daily News David Hinckley ABC's dense, unblinking and occasionally surreal tale of plane-crash survivors on a strange tropical island moves into its fourth season Thursday with its compass still in good working order.
this is all from metacritic, lost's overall score is 87, which is the highest score this season, just barely beating Pushing Daisies 86 score
I'll be watching Eli Stone tonight. ABC is going to post a disclaimer at the beginning of the show to state that the show is based on fiction. Seriously. Because George Michael playing on your living room is of course, based on fact. Well, actually ABC has no backbone after the AAP sent them a letter saying they should pull the show. The AAP wasn't happy with the autism-vaccine storyline.
I know all about this subject because my son is one of 4 boys on my block with autism. One good thing is ABC left the show on, but a disclaimer- totally not needed. ABC is just worried about getting their low-rated ass sued.
Oh well, let the games begin
