Oh I don't necessarily mind the first scenes. It just what comes after that is no where near as interesting. quote: Originally posted by tvfan300: Translation---Must See TV! People in a club- dancing, drinking, heavy groping. Then there's usually three of them that go upstairs to the bedroom, clothes come off, yadda yadda yadda, someone's dead! Call the CSI team!

If by "nowhere near as interesting" you actually mean compelling, gut-wrenching drama, then I agree. quote: Originally posted by mushu_jj: Oh I don't necessarily mind the first scenes. Sorry. Just don't see the entertainment out of CSI, but people don't always get the entertainment out of my favorite shows either (Arrested Development, the OC, Family Guy). quote: Originally posted by tvfan300: If by "nowhere near as interesting" you actually mean compelling, gut-wrenching drama, then I agree. quote: Originally posted by mushu_jj: Oh I don't necessarily mind the first scenes. One can only hope. I love Jericho and I hope it gets another season, but things aren't looking very good right now. An all-new episode witch 7.78 million viewers and a mere 2.3 in the demo? Oh, lordy. Watch it, people! It's much better these days!

Had CBS not taken Jericho off the air for a few months, it might have kept its early momentum. That was a very bad call on their part. quote: Originally posted by Remus Lupin: One can only hope. Yeah, returning it against AI was suicidal. I guess, they thought that "hey, who cares, the show is crap anyway". I mean, it was kind of crappy in the fall, but it's kicking arse now and nobody's watching. Jericho is like the boy who cried wolf.

Would be nice to get the second season renewal soon. We can tell all the knowitall critics to shove it!!!! So many predicted like gods on high, that Jericho would not last a week.. These same critics must want more CSIs or game shows of the other copy cat crap we are given. Jericho is a solid show... Its time that us viewers start punching some holes in these overblown egos of these critics and rally around our favorite shows. And show them that yes even THEY can be wrong..

I'd be happy if they were wrong, but the odds are on their side. The ratings are not very good and CBS isn't very merciful. I fear we may not see the second season, but I haven't given up all hope yet.
