Should it be "who planted the bombs?" Wink

I think it is obvious it was Hawkins and his team, but the better question is who are they and "why" Hopefully tonight we find out more information.

I haven't seen tonight's episode which unveils it, but I'm pretty sure its a group of American terrorists, Hawkins was one of them.
