I don't care much for theatricals but I would enjoy the return of the CBS movies. They were always quite good and left you with a good feeling afterward, especially the Christmas movies.

I guess they're just handing the night over to ABC. I hope they're not expecting big numbers from this movie.

The broadcast network that has made the heaviest use of theatricals this season has been MyNetworkTV, with 23 screened as of tomorrow night, mostly broadcast premieres.

ABC is second with 20 films (21 if you count a lone Friday special), but mostly encores.

The best thing about CBS is while they don't do a lot of movie nights, the majority of their movies are made-for-tv originals and/or Hallmark presentations, and they are the only network that still produces long-form made-for-tv productions.

FOX and NBC have shown a scattered few films, and The CW hasn't shown a long-form in years.

I think they could have done a lot better in numbers, had the network been known more. I enjoyed the movies.

MNT's numbers are slowly climbing up, and the Thursday and Friday movie skeins are key factors.
