Why wouldn't she be in it? Ted and Robin had the friendliest break up ever and she was in the flash-forward at Barney's brothers wedding which took place after Marshall and Lily got married.
BUT, she could just be there for the wedding, not still living in NYC.
I hope she is still on the show. She is a hottie (think bath tub scene from a few episodes back)
