Does anyone know exactly how and where to send a pilot script. I am writing two and wondering how to gove them to a network.

Networks will not accept unsolicted scripts, so there is no place you can actually send them. Get an agent who could possibly get you access to a studio, either that or make really good friends with people on the inside.

It's true you also have to be signed up with WGA Writers Guild of America but since the whole strike is still going on I doubt anyone would be looking at scripts or signing new writers.
