Clearly, the cast overhaul has not resonated well with the fans. I think this will be the final season.

Caan's departure was the death
blow, for despite all the eye
candy, he gave the show its core.
Everybody else just played off of
him. The party appears to be over.
But, hey, 5 yrs for something like
this? They did ok.

A three week trend of increased ratings. Perhaps this show is turning a corner to slightly better ratings. May still be too early to tell, but if it can gt 9 million before repeats set in, it may have bought itself another season.

Fans of this show can take heart in the fact that NBC will have to renew something, perhaps even a show whose fate they have been somewhat indifferent to.
