I think it depends on how everyone defines overrated. When it comes to me, I just get tired of all of Grey's buzz and media attention.

I was kinda surprised people felt this strongly about Idol being overrated. I actually feel the fact that it gets good ratings justifies the hype. Ditto for Greys. Studio 60 was crap all around. Crappy ratings and the reviews weren't overly kind either. My personal pick would've been either VM or Scrubs. VM especially gets a lot of buzz, when well, no one is watching. Scrubs at least pulls good demo numbers, but is no where near the hit Ausiello and the other suck ups claim it is.
VM would have won if it could have gotten past Idol in the second round.

Be careful friend. Some people here think single camera comedies are the only funny comedies. I think the Office is alright, but not the best comedy on TV. That title goes to either Family Guy or Everybody Hates Chris in my book.
