Not very helpful, but found a cool site with ratings info, tvweek.com

Also try http://www.allyourtv.com/latestratings/. It has ratings info seperated out by either Month, Cable Net, Daytime and other categories.

I think that the football teams will do well if they are big market teams, or being broadcast in the Sunday Night Football slot.
