The best part of this show's ratings is it's demo which is good compared to CW's track record. However, the ratings drop is concerning. For being one of their best shows, they should not be around 4.5 million and dropping each week. It was already mentioned that viewership was down from last year.
Even for the best show (ratings-wise) on The CW, not all of the news is good. An established show like Top Model shouldn't have week-to-week drops like this.

Last week I think the premiere of Pushing Daisies really bit into ANTM's ratings. This week, ANTM aired the 'makeover episode' which is one of the fan favorites and the people that sampled Pushing Daisies returned.
Personally, I intend to watch every episode of ANTM and every episode of Pushing Daisies as long as it remains as good as it has been so far. It is the best new show of the season.

Will be interesting what ANTM can do once the scripted shows go in to repeats. Is 6-7 million possible or are 5 million all that are interested, even if there is nothing else new on?

6 million is very likely for the season finale this year, since that is about what the show usually gets. As far as the ratings for the next 'cycle', I think the upper ratings limit is defined by the number of Americans that can find the CW. Unfortunately, that is a fairly low number, so don't expect ANTM to suddenly pump up to 10 million viewers just because all the other networks have switched to reality TV as well.
