According to this TVguide article, the latest addition of America's Next Top Model caused $500,000 worth of damage to the 6 million dollar loft apartment where the show was filmed. Most notable damage was that caused by 'hundreds of holes in the ceiling (to install additional lighting for filming)' and a $90,000 water leak that damaged an electrical store on the first floor. No doubt, this was the result of the models using the four person bathtub as a 'hot tub', but the show has yet to air any clips of such use.

Also of note, the first week's DVR data is in. ANTM had 772,000 DVR viewers according to this tvbythenumbers link. On those viewers, 510,000 were new viewers over the final Live+same day ratings reported here.

I think more may have been either done by the crew (like those holes in the ceiling) or instigated by the crew ("Hey girls. Why don't you all get together in a tub?" ).

Plus, isn't Miz Tyra's Production company called "Bankable Productions"?
