But, NBC has a few pilots that are highly anticipated and have potential for success if they're put in the right timeslots and promoted correctly (The Bionic Woman, Lipstick Jungle). So, I think we'll be seeing improvements.

No. They could easily finish worse.

If NBC could hold onto what they have this season. It would be a start. I think they could easily make gains by making a few simple moves (
CJ and Medium to Friday, Law and Order back to Wed., DOND on Thur. at 9 behind an hour of comedy, another hour of comedy on Tuesday at 9, and launch new stuff behind Heroes and on Wed. at 8pm- that hour is extremely easy).
