Okay, how many shows have struck out after Heroes now? Studio 60? The Black Donnellys? The Real Wedding Crashers? Thank God You're Here? And pretty much Journey Man at this point? Are we sensing a trend yet?
Can we now put Medium on here now? Until Heroes, it was the most successful thing on NBC Mondays. Then, you bumped it to midseason for your precious Studio 60. Then, after Kidnapped failed, you slapped it on Wednesdays in the old Law and Order spot. Can't we just admit that a mistake was made to move it back now instead of waiting for January where it'll be inappropriately placed on Sundays after Law & Order leading into a primetime soap?
Mondays 8pm - chuck 9pm - heroes 10pm - medium
Oh and given ER's performance, I suggest:
Thursdays 8pm - my name is earl 8:30 - 30 rock 9pm - the office 9:30 - scrubs 10pm - lipstick jungle
Sundays (after football)
Then, 8pm - the apprentice: celebrity edition 9pm - law & order 10pm - er
ER could do better running straight through. Law & Order is a totally different demographic that Housewives or Family Guy. The Apprentice is just there so we don't over saturate Deal or No Deal.
Despite NBC's strange efforts to decimate this show (beyond some ratings slippage that was occuring regardless), it looks like they may have no alternative but to grant your wish. It's a shame a great season 3 got wasted in last year's turmoil.
If NBC's wednesday sked does ok, I don't think they should start moving those shows around.
One thing to keep an eye out for is where MEDIUM is in terms of episode production.
On your schedule, I agree that L&O, if it stays on Sunday, should go in the 9pm period rather than 8. I thought that was pretty obvious from the start.
On LIPSTICK JUNGLE, last I heard they were still getting their act together.

i agree with the Medium spot but not the ER change. ER has been there since like, the beginning of time. lol. and changing it would only worsten the ratings for it.

as fast as ER is sliding with the public, it wouldn't matter where they put it.
I think a move to Sunday could actualy help it. It couldn't do any worse.
I agree NBC should go ahead and try Medium after Heroes. Law & Order would probebly work fine on Sunday. And ER reached the point of no return a while back.
I think they should just air out the eps through February and then let it fade off into oblivion. In fact, if it was hyped enough, NBC could probably still get 16 or 17 million out of the series finale.
As for Medium, I'd say it deserves a chance there, but if it doesn't pull 9 million and Bionic Woman is struggling, I'd give that show a chance and shove Medium to either Wednesday or Sunday or Friday.

I'd give Law and Order the Wednesday 10pm slot and move Life to the less competitive Friday 10pm slot. Move Las Vegas to 9 and Friday Night Lights to Sundays after football.

As for the Monday slot, I agree. NBC needs to give Medium a fair shot in the post-Heroes slot, but let the Journey Man finish it's run of the 13 episodes ordered first. Then, premier Medium in January.
I think the same strategy should be used with ER. Just pull a Friends and keep announcing in every promo that it's the final season and there are X number of episodes left until the series final. This will allow Lipstick to get it's house in order, so it's the best show it can possibly be to inherit the Thursday 10/9c slot.
Wednesdays, Deal or No Deal and Bionic Woman are doing pretty well (compared to past NBC seasons), while Life isn't. If the NBC-owned Sci-fi channel is planning on canceling Battlestar Galactica, then steal it and put it on after Bionic Woman.
Then, transplant Life to Sundays after Law & Order.
Ratings are overrated. Whose tv's are these people tracking anyways. When I go to work everyone is talking about Journeyman and Chuck and I have yet to hear a word about Samantha Who or NCIS.
I have yet to hear anyone even mention Journeyman. Ditto for Medium.

Okay, NBC is giving Life a special airing after Heroes testing the waters. I know that they gave Friday Night Lights one and still didn't move it, but AHHHHH what next ER? When will they give Medium a chance there!?!? Before Heroes, Medium was the Monday Night staple!
They're waiting until everything's in repeats for Medium. Knowing how stupid NBC is with scheduling though, it will probably still end up on Sundays at 9 against all the annual specials and Superbowl where it will lose even more viewers.
