It hasn't been and likely won't be. Instead it will get another 8 episode order, probably another format change, and no promotion because NBC has their chimp goggles on when it comes to this show, Medium, and countless others.

Don't forget another major budget cut!
Seriously, though, it's pretty bad to stick to an 8-ep order of 1 vs. 100 when they're running 8 hours of L&O a week. If they couldn't do more than that in a strike year, maybe the show really is doomed.

I think NBC should cancel Amnesia, My Dad Is Better Than Your Dad, Lipstick Jungle, Bionic Woman, Journeyman, Scrubs, 30 Rock, Friday Night Lights, ER and should have had already cancelled Life and Chuck. Quaterlife is already cancelled.
