Agreed. 4 hours of DoND, 6 hours of L&O versions, and 2 hours of The Office can't keep this network afloat. Hard to believe their fall schedule is only set to add 4 new shows.
Very impressive numbers from NBC :sarcastic: Only 1 show was able to crack the 10 million bar. I find it funny that the Sunday repeats of Monk & Psych did better than the repeats of the "hit" "The Office".
The office does repeat pretty bad, especially against original programming. Thats why it was mostly absent during the stike months.

This is really pathetic. And next fall, NBC still has DOND scheduled twice a week. Anyone want to bet by that time it dips to the 5 million range, then NBC be in REAL trouble? It's already hit 6 million, NBC just doesn't understand they're over exposing this show, and with CNBC or MSNBC running it everyday, that's just making it worse.

Without "Chuck" or "Heroes", I only watched NBC for "The Office" these last couple of weeks. I can understand why they held off on "Chuck" since it was a new show, but I had looked forward to seeing some new episodes. As for "Heroes", I didn't miss it that much considering how much I liked the first season. The show's already getting repetitive and it has only had one and a half seasons.

I am generally a big fan of NBC, and I know that this was a holiday weekend. But this is an outright joke. And wait until this week when NBC has 2 nights of NHL. How many episodes of Most Outrageous Moments, Law and Order, and SVU can they show in 1 week? Literally almost half the schedule was these 3 shows. What a joke!

I think 4 hours of new Dateline a week is okay as long as its on Sundays and Fridays. The thing about it all is that NBC could throw a movie on Sundays at 9 and use some encores of American Gladiators and other new summer content on Saturdays. Moment of Truth into Dateline on Friday would work. NBC should've been launching just about everything this week. Gladiators on Monday, Got Talent on Tuesday, and Last Comic on Thursday. Use DOND to help get stuff off the ground. Once hockey is done, launch the Wednesday shows. Its not that difficult, but NBC just makes it that way.
