Mark Berman says that New Amsterdam fits nicely out of House. A REPEAT of House had almost a million more viewers and outperformed New Amsterdam in the 18-49 demo as well. Not so good. So much for a supposed "Program Insider"...

New Amsterdam lost a million viewers from a REPEAT of "House"...as well...it lost the key 18-49 demo...

FOX execs aren't jumping for joy this morning at New Amsterdam's 3/31's numbers...even if Berman see's them as positive.

If you look, most of my posts are between 3pm and 5pm, and then 9pm and 11pm, and I post a lot. I do the daily game each day and the regular games. That makes up at least half of my posts.

And given the low quality of your 49 comments, you need to spend your limited time elsewhere.

new amsterdam has been uneven..a lousy episode and then a terrific one..this weeks episode aired 3/31 was terrific...jon coles directed this one as well as the stellar "golden boy" episode...and barry pullman wrote a fine script...made a big difference over the previous aired episode...

with that said..the show is on its last legs...its 18-49 demo is "old"...if it was on "the cw" it may have been renewed...doubtful...flashback shows with loads of "period" costs way too much to produce.

...i can point out that they have made an "unhealthy" number of posts, some in the thousands over a relatively short period of time, to a tv fan website...

...the ghouls are typical of website groupies you come across...they are very possesive of "their" site and are extremely "threatened" by new and far superior "newbies"...
