BURBANK - January 17, 2007 - NBC has picked up its popular game show "Identity" - hosted for one week before Christmas by Emmy Award-winning comedian-magician Penn Jillette ("Penn & Teller") -- for a series return in March, it was announced today by Kevin Reilly, President, NBC Entertainment.
tvweek.com states only 7 episodes were ordered, however, they did mention it was for the summer.
"NBC also ordered renewals for "Heroes," "Law & Order: SVU" and "The Office." Also ordered seven more episodes of the game show "Identity" for the summer."
Just a gut feeling...but I have a suspicion that NBC will air "Identity" on Sundays at 8:00 p.m. after "Grease: You're The One That I Want" either concludes its run or is pulled due to low ratings.

Cool, if the show lasts 2 more years, you should be old enough to go on yourself and easily win a 1/2 million. You can then return to the show 2 years later as one of the identities - the youngest person to ever win Identity.
