According to this article: link contract talks with SAG have broken off for now with AMPTP and the effort will now be focused on AMPTP signing a deal with AFTRA so that there won't be a total shutdown due to an actor's strike.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, only network television is down, overall tv use is actually up by 1%.
Regardless, SAG has definitely put themselves in a corner on this one. AFTRA will probably agree to a new contract quickly, and SAG will be put in a corner as they still have not taken a strike vote.
